Course Information

7 modules, all delivered over PowerPoint and voiced by me.  

You will be set different tasks following each module and the beauty of the course is that you can go at your own pace.  

  

Module 1 – Why property  

  1. Property is hard so you need to have a strong enough why determined to keep you going & motivated when it gets tough!  

Module 2 – The Strategies   

  1. All strategy basics covered, pros & cons. At the end of this module you should feel confident with the strategy you have selected.  

Module 3 – Finding your investment area  

  1. Crucial to be a successful investor and key to enable you to make quick decisions. This module forces you to do the level of due diligence required to be confident to pull the trigger fast. Success likes speed!  

Module 4 – Finding DTV deals  

  1. You will cover the different strategies I have used to successfuly purchase deals directly from the vendor. This module is all about creating a consistent approach to finding deals, massively helpful when it comes to deal sourcing as well.  

Module 5 – Raising Finance  

  1. You WILL need to leverage if you want to grow your portfolio fast and have a mindset shift to enable you to do so. We’re all taught from a young age to not take on debt when in fact the opposite is true – utilising good debt safely will be the key to your success.  

Module 6 – Networking & Social media  

  1. Property is a relationships game, raising finance & finding deals will all come through your ability to network and grow your presence online. It’s an aspect you’ll have to get comfortable with!  

Module 7 – Running your business  

  1. The exciting part! What is the goal for the first 12 months, and what will that look like in terms of property management, power team, juggling your portfolio as it grows, personal life and remembering to find more deals!

I really enjoyed the course content.

I’m dyslexic and find numbers scary but you broke the number’s down so easy to understand. I know now how to work out monthly payments! 

Thanks again for property course, I found it a really valuable intro to the world of property investing and it got me thinking about elements that weren’t previously on my radar.
